You'll own the Learning Management System for Nursing Professional Development at Tufts Medical Center, ensuring content uploads, user assignments, and performance tracking run smoothly. What You'll Do10

  • 1Upload content to Learning Management System, assign to users, and track performance for Nursing Professional Development
  • 2Lead the transition of paper nursing competencies to electronic format via LMS
  • 3Manage patient experience data and collaborate with Director to disseminate insights supporting strategic goals
  • 4Improve record keeping for nursing contact hour programs in the nursing database
  • 5Coordinate educational materials as needed for departmental programs
  • 6Maintain the intranet for shared governance and patient care services, evaluating options to enhance user experience
  • 7Assist Magnet Program Director and Coordinator in maintaining demographic databases
  • 8Organize shared governance meetings, assist with minutes, and facilitate dissemination
  • 9Collaborate with peers to achieve team goals and support hospital standards
  • 10Assist with process redesign and transform information into formats useful for leadership and staff

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 22+ years related experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • 3High proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • 4Working knowledge of database software including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • 5Ability to quickly learn database software and experience in report writing
  • 6Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
  • 7Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
