Porter Make Ready Technician needed for two-day assignment in Cypress TX. Responsible for apartment make-readies and property cleanup. Must be reliable and work both scheduled days. Immediate temporary work available.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assist with apartment make-ready work and unit preparation
- 2Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- 3Perform general property cleanup and groundskeeping
- 4Pick up trash and debris throughout property
- 5Maintain appearance of breezeways and common areas
- 6Assist maintenance team with porter tasks
- 7Complete additional cleanup duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Previous make-ready porter groundskeeper or maintenance experience preferred
- 2Dependable availability for both scheduled days
- 3Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- 4Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- 5Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- 6Valid ID and work authorization proof
- 7Pass criminal background check
- 8English or Spanish language proficiency
