What You'll Do9
- 1Service a consistent weekly route of residential pools, ensuring each pool is clean and balanced
- 2Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals accurately and safely
- 3Brush, skim, vacuum, and clean pools as needed
- 4Empty baskets and clean filters as required
- 5Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, cleaners, and other pool equipment
- 6Identify equipment, water-quality, or safety issues before they escalate
- 7Document each visit in company service software with photos and notes
- 8Communicate repair needs to the repair/service team
- 9Maintain an organized vehicle, tools, chemicals, and supplies
Requirements8
- 1Previous professional pool service experience
- 2Strong understanding of residential pool water chemistry
- 3Experience maintaining chlorine and saltwater pools
- 4Ability to recognize common pool equipment and maintenance issues
- 5Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- 6Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- 7Professional communication with customers and teammates
- 8CPO certification preferred but not required
