Pool Cleaning Technician
Overview
Own the daily route of pool cleaning and maintenance for 20+ residential and commercial clients across Nashville. You will operate independently, manage your schedule, and report directly to the service manager. Join a locally owned team with 20+ years of experience and a reputation for reliability. What You'll Do8
- 1Clean pool surfaces, skimmers, and filters using pole systems and vacuum equipment.
- 2Test water chemistry with test kits and adjust chemicals to maintain safe levels.
- 3Inspect pumps, heaters, and chlorinators for proper operation and report issues.
- 4Complete service reports and checklists for each job, documenting actions taken.
- 5Communicate with customers about pool condition and recommend additional services.
- 6Load and maintain truck inventory of chemicals and tools.
- 7Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards when handling chemicals and equipment.
- 8Coordinate with dispatcher to optimize route efficiency and meet time windows.
Requirements8
- 11+ year experience in pool maintenance or related field (preferred).
- 2Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- 3Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks: bending, twisting, reaching.
- 4Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 5Strong verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
- 6High school or equivalent education.
- 7Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
- 8Self-motivated with attention to detail for chemical balancing and equipment checks.
