Overview
We are seeking a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our residential services team in Dallas Texas. This role involves servicing residential swimming pools and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Candidates will perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks while representing our company professionally. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential swimming pools
- 2Check and adjust water chemistry as needed
- 3Remove debris clean filters and inspect pool equipment
- 4Identify potential issues and communicate them to the office
- 5Use a company smartphone to access daily schedules document completed work and communicate with the team
- 6Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
- 7Scale operations to meet high demand
- 8Drive vehicles safely while transporting equipment
- 9Own the delivery of services at each customer location
- 10Debug technical problems that arise during service calls
- 11Drive continuous improvement in service quality
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing residential pool service routes
- 3Valid Texas driver`s license with a safe driving record
- 4Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- 5Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 6Background check and drug screening must be passed
- 7Basic smartphone skills for daily job management
- 8Experience with pool maintenance tools and chemicals
- 9Team player mindset with strong communication abilities
- 10Reliable attitude and ability to work hard
- 11Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners
