Pool Attendant, Luxury Amenity Management
Overview
Own the daily operation of a residential pool area, delivering a welcoming and safe experience for residents and guests at a luxury property managed by NFC Amenity Management. You'll work independently, enforce safety rules, and keep the space spotless. This part-time role pays $22 per hour and includes paid training, weekly pay, and access to NFC University career courses. What You'll Do7
- 1Welcome every resident and guest with a smile and eye contact, using NFC-approved terminology.
- 2Enforce all pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of clients and guests, responding to emergencies with calm and speed.
- 3Inspect the pool area and equipment daily, reporting issues to the maintenance manager.
- 4Clean and organize the pool deck, furniture, and restrooms, removing debris and trash throughout your shift.
- 5Move deck furniture and supplies as needed, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 6Engage with residents to build a friendly community atmosphere, addressing questions or concerns promptly.
- 7Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining a professional presence regardless of heat or rain.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a pool or resort setting.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a public-facing role.
- 4Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, with cleaning and organization as a top priority.
- 5Physically fit to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- 6Open availability including weekends and holidays, with a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week.
- 7Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- 8CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
