You will own the front desk experience for residents and guests at a luxury residential property, setting the tone for a welcoming community. Working independently, you will manage visitor access, deliveries, and resident requests with genuine warmth. What You'll Do9
- 1Welcome residents and guests with eye contact and sincerity, making them feel at home.
- 2Manage the front desk independently, handling resident requests, phone calls, and questions promptly.
- 3Follow property systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring items reach residents.
- 4Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, plus realtor and potential buyer visits.
- 5Remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations as established by management.
- 6Enforce access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
- 7Present a professional image in the supplied uniform.
- 8Communicate smoothly with team members and property management to resolve issues.
- 9Stay flexible to cover shifts as needed in a part-time schedule.
