Overview
Manage procurement operations for a global IT consulting firm with 4+ years of experience. Own the POC Buyer function supporting Fortune 500 clients. - 1Build relationships with procurement stakeholders through responsive task execution.
- 2Lead daily workflow planning and task prioritization for the procurement team.

- 4Resolve blocked invoices by coordinating with Accounts Payable and vendors.
- 5Manage supplier communications and declarations for compliance.
- 6Support Global Vendor Master setup and maintenance.
- 7Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements with legal and suppliers.
- 8Run Request for Quotes and analyze responses for award decisions.
- 9Rework and amend Purchase Orders per policy and approvals.
- 10Assess task request inbox and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements8
- 14+ years in procurement operations or Bachelor's with 0-1 years.
- 28+ years relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- 3U.S. Citizen eligibility.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5Experience in supplier coordination and invoice resolution.
- 6Strong workflow management and attention to detail.
- 7Foundational procurement experience preferred.
