Requirements11
- 1Active unrestricted RN and APRN license in Missouri
- 2Board Certified PMHNP-BC certification
- 3Current DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
- 45+ years experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- 5Expertise managing complex dual-diagnoses including severe mental illness and cognitive decline
- 6Familiarity with CMS guidelines for Gradual Dose Reduction techniques
- 7Proven track record of delivering high-yield compensation through productivity-driven pay
- 8Ability to thrive in a provider choice environment with flexible scheduling options
- 9Strong communication skills for consulting with facility staff
- 10Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes for cloud-based solutions
- 11Experience with React for developing internal dashboards
