What You'll Do10
- 1Strip guest rooms by removing used linens towels and amenities
- 2Stock housekeeping carts with clean linens towels toiletries and cleaning supplies
- 3Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping closets and storage areas
- 4Assist with cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as directed
- 5Vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors clean stairways and dust furniture and fixtures
- 6Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
- 7Replenish supplies in public areas such as towels and toiletries
- 8Assist with special cleaning projects and maintenance-related tasks
- 9Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean hazard-free environment
- 10Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel property through operations software
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- 3Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- 4Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- 5Good communication skills and interaction abilities
- 6Physical stamina for extended cleaning periods
- 7Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
Salary Insight
