What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
- 2Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
- 3Develop and implement cleaning schedules to cover all areas consistently.
- 4Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering to avoid shortages.
- 5Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, documenting and correcting issues.
- 6Resolve guest complaints about housekeeping promptly, offering solutions that satisfy guests.
- 7Enforce safety, health, and sanitation standards in all housekeeping tasks.
- 8Collaborate with front desk and maintenance to coordinate room status and maintenance needs.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of housekeeping experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or management role.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- 4Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- 5Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations in hospitality.
- 6Ability to resolve guest issues with professionalism and care.
- 7Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- 8Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
