Play Center Associate - Children Indoor Playground
Overview
We seek a dynamic Play Center Associate to drive fun and safety at our Philadelphia indoor playground. The ideal candidate will own guest experiences across front desk floor and event support settings. This role offers a unique blend of hospitality and operational responsibilities within a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet all members guests and prospects with high energy while managing admissions waivers and party bookings
- 2Operate POS systems handle payments and provide beverage service with training provided
- 3Maintain retail cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
- 4Supervise children enforce playground rules and ensure safety during floor activities
- 5Assist with birthday party setup cleanup and coordinate with front desk staff
- 6Report maintenance issues promptly and follow all safety protocols
- 7Handle urgent situations while maintaining professional communication with families
- 8Lead party events by greeting guests explaining rules and managing activities
- 9Stock janitorial supplies and perform facility upkeep tasks
- 10Lift carry or move items up to 20 pounds as required
- 11Stand walk bend and move throughout facility for extended periods
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 318 years old
- 4Basic computer POS skills
- 5Ability to lift 20 pounds
- 6Reliable punctual and detail oriented
- 7Friendly upbeat customer service focus
- 8Comfortable working around young children
- 9Schedule weekdays weekends and holidays available
