Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with leadership responsibilities.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 3Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
- 4Experience with Lean and 5S process improvement methodologies.
- 5Hands-on ability to manage multiple functions in a small team environment.
- 6Strong communication and leadership skills.
- 7Ability to work onsite in West Sacramento, CA.
