What You'll Do10

- 4Stock ingredients from the walk-in cooler to prep stations, rotating stock to minimize waste.
- 5Prepare dough, sauce, and toppings to Domino's spec, checking quality every 30 minutes.
- 6Answer phones and take orders, handling customer issues with a calm, solution-first mindset.
- 7Clean equipment and work areas daily, hitting ServSafe standards.
- 8Count the safe and complete deposit paperwork at shift end, reconciling sales and cash.
- 9Coach team members on speed and accuracy, using Domino's digital dashboard to track performance.
- 10Coordinate with the GM to schedule staff and cover gaps during peak hours.
Requirements8
- 11+ year supervising a team in a restaurant or retail setting.
- 221+ years old and ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- 3Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for occasional deliveries.
- 4High school diploma or GED.
- 5ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
- 7Basic math skills to make change and count inventory.
- 8Domino's experience a plus, but not required.
