What You'll Do10
- 1Open and close the store, following cash handling and security procedures, and ensure all POS systems and Domino's ordering platforms function correctly.

- 3Coach team members on making pizza dough, sauce prep, and box folding to meet speed and quality standards.
- 4Own inventory by counting stock, placing orders with approved vendors, and rotating ingredients to reduce waste.
- 5Deliver pizzas by car when short-staffed, using GPS and a map to navigate the delivery area in Seattle traffic.
- 6Resolve customer complaints over the phone and in person, ensuring issue resolution within 15 minutes.
- 7Train new hires on safety procedures, including oven handling at temperatures up to 500 degrees and proper lifting techniques.
- 8Track food and labor costs each shift, comparing actuals to budget and adjusting orders or staffing to hit targets.
- 9Complete daily and weekly paperwork, including cash reconciliation and sales reports, using a computer keyboard.

Requirements8
- 11+ year of shift lead or assistant manager experience in a quick-service restaurant or retail.
- 2Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- 3Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds from floor to shelf up to 72 inches, and handle 30-pound sauce tubs.
- 4Proven math skills to make correct change and reconcile cash drawers without a calculator.
- 5Comfortable working in temperatures from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90+ degrees near ovens, with sudden changes.
- 6Willing to walk, stand, and bend for 8-hour shifts, with frequent reaching, kneeling, and hand tasks.
- 7Able to navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries while carrying hot food and drinks.
