Pizza Maker, Dinner & Closing Shift
Overview
You will own the evening-to-close pizza kitchen at our Uptown Minneapolis location, handcrafting pizza, Topperstix, and other menu items during high-volume rushes until 3:00 AM. You will work alongside a tight-knit crew, keeping the kitchen clean and food-safe while prepping for the next day. This role suits night owls who thrive on speed and precision, and who take pride in closing a spotless kitchen. You will train on our POS and food prep systems if you are new to the kitchen.
What You'll Do6
- 1Handcraft pizza, Topperstix, and other menu items with speed and accuracy.
- 2Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times.
- 3Work as part of a team to handle high-volume rushes during peak hours.
- 4Close down the kitchen properly, including cleaning and restocking.
- 5Prep ingredients for the next day to set the team up for success.
- 6Deliver great customer experiences with a positive attitude.
