Papa Murphy's Pizza Crew Member
Overview
Join Papa Murphy's as a crew member in Minneapolis. You will own all duties of the counter person or pizza maker. This role differs from typical positions due to unique responsibilities and team structure.
What You'll Do14
- 1Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- 2Work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- 3Read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- 4Make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time as described in the Performance Standards
- 5Interact with guests as appropriate
- 6Wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guest
- 7Give verbal baking instructions to all guests and thank the guest
- 8Give the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time
- 9Assist guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open
- 10Responsible to keep their assigned area neat clean and well stocked
- 11Perform excellent sanitation food handling and safety procedures
- 12Perform duties of the runner or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor
- 13Perform opening closing change of shift or early out duties as assigned
- 14May also perform duties of a cashier or prep person
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- 2Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location
- 3Basic math skills required
- 4Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work
- 5Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time
- 6Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- 7Position requires bending and movement the entire workday
- 8Must be able to lift full pans weighing 30 pounds to shoulder height
- 9Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and refilling stock
