Overview
You own the PINK business at a Montebello Town store, driving brand sales and customer experience. You lead and coach Brand Supervisors and associates to execute visual standards and product storytelling. This role reports to the Store Manager and shapes a culture of belonging. You make a direct impact on PINK category performance and talent development.
What You'll Do9
- 1Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions for PINK product presentation.
- 2Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the emotional tone of the customer experience.
- 3Analyze category-level performance using company tools and reports to adjust strategy.
- 4Lead sales floor and fitting room standards for PINK.
- 5Interview and hire PINK associates; manage performance and development with the Store Manager.
- 6Direct and coach PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates in high-volume settings.
- 7Execute daily Work Force Management to optimize labor hours.
- 8Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless store operations.
- 9Model company values and leadership competencies in all actions.
Requirements9
- 13+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- 2Passion for the Victoria's Secret brand and driving customer loyalty.
- 3Experience reviewing business reports and taking action.
- 4Self-awareness and openness to feedback for improvement.
- 5Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level.
- 6Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
- 7Availability for nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- 8Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- 9Comfort with headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
