Overview
You own the PINK business at a high-volume store, driving top-line sales and customer loyalty through brand-led execution. You lead Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates, set visual standards, and make talent decisions that shape the store's success. This role reports to the Store Manager and is present in complex, fast-moving retail environments where your leadership directly impacts customer experience and team performance. You'll work alongside industry leaders to set the standard for specialty retail, with the support of a global brand known for innovation and excellence.
What You'll Do9
- 1Translate brand visual direction into clear daily priorities for the PINK floor, ensuring every display tells a compelling product story.
- 2Coach and develop a team of Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
- 3Drive category-level performance by analyzing business reports and acting on insights to adjust product placement and selling behaviors.
- 4Lead the talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management, in partnership with the Store Manager.
- 5Own sales floor and fitting room standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment for customers.
- 6Execute daily workforce management actions to manage labor hours and schedule efficiently.
- 7Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives and events.
- 8Model leadership behaviors that align with company values and policies, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- 9Support additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of retail leadership experience.
- 2Proven ability to review business reports and take immediate action to drive results.
- 3Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level.
- 4Strong self-awareness and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
- 5Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners in both formal and informal settings.
- 6Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- 7Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
- 8Proficiency with technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
