What You'll Do8
- 1Lead group and individual Pilates classes ensuring proper technique and safety
- 2Design customized workout programs addressing individual client needs
- 3Apply knowledge of anatomy physiology and body mechanics to educate clients
- 4Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help achieve fitness goals
- 5Foster a positive motivating atmosphere within the studio
- 6Participate in professional development to stay current with fitness trends
- 7Promote fitness programs using effective sales techniques
- 8Collaborate with staff to enhance client experiences
Requirements5
- 1Certification in Pilates instruction including 500 hour reformer Pilates certification
- 2Knowledge of anatomy physiology body mechanics and program design
- 3Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire clients
- 4Background in health club operations or Pilates studio experience preferred
- 5Passion for promoting health and wellness through physical activity
Salary Insight
$79 - $94k per year
