Own the youth pickleball program in on-site Phoenix facilities delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive instruction for ages ranging from beginners to teens. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and teach fundamentals of paddle handling, serving, rallies, footwork, and safety with clear progress for 90-day outcomes
- 2Design engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games to improve confidence and coordination
- 3Supervise groups and maintain a positive inclusive environment while managing behavior and safety
- 4Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities during sessions
- 5Set up and breakdown equipment before and after class and communicate attendance and needs to site contacts
