Pickleball Attendant, Customer Service & Facility Support
Overview
Owns member engagement and court operations for the Pickleball Department at Life Time. Manages scheduling, educates members on programs and equipment, and delivers exceptional service to drive repeat visits. Works with the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager to keep facilities clean, organized, and in good condition. Brings friendly professionalism to every interaction and supports program promotion and accurate billing.
What You'll Do6
- 1Greet members, schedule court time, and assist with individual needs
- 2Explain Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members
- 3Develop and maintain personalized member relationships
- 4Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- 5Promote Life Time programs, products, and services to members
- 6Complete daily billing accurately and reconcile cash register at shift end

- 1Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
- 2Years of Experience: 1 year of customer service experience
- 3Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: n/a
- 4Notes: CPR and AED not required but preferred per organization guidance
- 5Work arrangement: onsite, contract role in Phoenix, AZ
