Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- 2Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and EKGs, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
- 3Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- 4Collaborate with MDs, NPs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- 5Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.
- 6Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- 7Respond to patient inquiries and follow up on test results in a timely manner.
