The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety function and quality of life. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling competitive pay and supportive leadership.

- 7Scale therapy delivery across multiple SNF locations
- 8Own discharge planning processes with Python driven workflows
- 9Debug equipment malfunctions via AWS cloud monitoring
- 10Drive continuous improvement initiatives using BCBA best practices
- 11Unpack complex medical histories using Kubernetes containerized tools
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading PT assistant teams
- 3Active Florida PTA license (or license eligible)
- 4Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
- 5CPC Card certification recommended
- 6BCBA credential valued
- 7AWS Certified professional preferred
- 8Kinesiology expertise required
- 9React development skills essential
- 10Kubernetes infrastructure knowledge needed
