What You'll Do8
- 1Lead patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized care plans aligned with each patient's recovery goals.
- 2Deliver direct inpatient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and gait training, using rehabilitation technology to enhance outcomes.
- 3Supervise physical therapist assistants and support staff, ensuring treatment protocols are executed accurately and safely.
- 4Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans based on clinical judgment, and address any concerns that arise during recovery.
- 5Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, incorporating this insight into daily treatment.

- 7Document all care meticulously in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Requirements8
- 1Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist as required by state regulations.
- 2CPR certification (active or obtainable upon hire).
- 3Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
- 4Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- 5Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- 6Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, inpatient rehabilitation setting.
