Overview
FOX Rehabilitation seeks motivated licensed PTAs to join our team in Morristown NJ. We offer a sign on bonus and provide a supportive environment for clinicians to deliver home and senior living care. This role focuses on geriatric house calls and requires a commitment to patient-centered outcomes.
What You'll Do4
- 1Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist adjusting activities based on patient response and progress
- 2Instruct motivate and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities while observing and tracking their progress
- 3Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system following Clinical Documentation standards
- 4Stay connected with patients POAs and community referral sources coordinating coverage when needed
Requirements5
- 1Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Jersey or eligibility to graduate an accredited program
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Basic computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 4Ability to exert medium physical effort lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally and 10–50 lbs frequently
- 5Experience meeting the physical demands of in-home care including standing sitting bending climbing stairs and driving to patient locations
