Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in home health settings
- 2Knowledgeable with Medicare OASIS documentation
- 3Graduate with a Bachelor’s Master’s or Doctorate in physical therapy
- 4Current license in the state of practice
- 5Two years’ experience preferred in home health environments
