- 7Maintain accurate records of all resident treatments and clinical decisions
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in long-term care settings
- 2CPR Certification mandatory for safety compliance
- 31-2 years of certified Physical Therapy Assistant training
- 4Proficiency in lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance
- 5Strong physical and mental stamina to meet daily demands
- 6Excellent communication skills for patient education and family collaboration
