Photo Specialist, Retail Photo Services
Overview
Delivers a distinctive customer experience in photo services at Walgreens by managing the photo department and supporting ancillary services. Owns inventory, maintenance, and operational readiness to meet customer demand at scale. Collaborates with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment while achieving store goals. What You'll Do10
- 1Build a welcoming customer experience at the photo counter and identify needs to provide personalized products
- 2Operate digital passport photo services and promote photo products to drive sales
- 3Process transactions accurately including purchases, returns, and exchanges while following cash handling procedures
- 4Own inventory management of photo supplies and monitor forecasted three-week demand
- 5Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness
- 6Support FedEx Western Union and other services while ensuring policy compliance
- 7Maintain photo equipment and store systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality results
- 8Keep the photo department clean, organized, and well-merchandised and support merchandising activities
- 9Cross-train team members on photo operations to ensure coverage during absences
- 10Follow asset protection standards and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment
Requirements5
- 1Must be fluent in reading writing and speaking English
- 2Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 3Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- 4Prefer prior Walgreens experience
- 5Authorized to work in the location without restriction
