What You'll Do10
- 1Greet and assist customers at the photo counter with warmth, identifying needs and recommending personalized products and services to drive sales.
- 2Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
- 3Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- 4Manage photo department inventory and supplies, monitoring levels to align with three-week forecasted demand and maintain product availability.
- 5Fulfill photo and online pickup orders accurately and on time, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- 6Support FedEx and Western Union services, following company policies and procedures for compliance.
- 7Maintain photo equipment and use store systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality results.
- 8Keep the photo department clean, organized, and well-merchandised, and contribute to store appearance and operational standards.
- 9Support merchandising execution in photo and nearby departments, including displays, seasonal setups, and inventory activities.
- 10Cross-train team members on photo operations to ensure coverage, and complete additional assignments as needed.
Requirements5
- 1Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- 2Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- 36+ months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
- 4Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred.
- 5Ability to follow company policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
