What You'll Do11
- 1Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting them and proactively offering assistance.
- 2Model and reinforce customer‑obsessed behaviors and service best practices across the team.
- 3Deliver courteous accurate and efficient photo services and promote related products.
- 4Process transactions accurately, handling purchases returns refunds exchanges and rain checks while following cash procedures.
- 5Own inventory supplies and monitor stock levels to align with forecasted demand.
- 6Process pickups for photo online and web orders ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- 7Provide support for auxiliary services such as FedEx and Western Union while complying with policies.
- 8Maintain photo equipment and use store systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality results.
- 9Keep the photo area clean organized safe and well‑merchandised, contributing to overall store appearance.
- 10Assist nearby departments with merchandising displays promotions and inventory tasks.
- 11Cross‑train store staff on photo operations to ensure coverage and continuity.
Requirements6
- 1Fluent in reading writing and speaking English except in Puerto Rico
- 2Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 3Six months retail experience preferred
- 4Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus
- 5Ability to handle arrest and conviction records
