What You'll Do8

- 5Train new technicians on MI Pharmacy Technician procedures and medication automation systems.
- 6Manage scheduling and resource allocation to meet patient demand and service goals.
- 7Monitor workflow for the mail-order facility and patient call center to ensure timely service.

Requirements7
- 1Associate's degree or equivalent required.
- 22 years of relevant pharmacy experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory role required.
- 32 years of relevant CPhT experience in a hospital pharmacy preferred.
- 4MI Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) license required.
- 5Experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
- 6Strong operational knowledge of medication dispensing and regulations.
- 7Collaborative leadership style and commitment to patient care.
