What You'll Do9
- 1Own prescription processing workflow using RxEVO and ScriptPro systems
- 2Maintain inventory accuracy through daily stock reconciliation and vendor communication
- 3Perform complex calculations for medication dosages and measurements
- 4Ensure HIPAA compliance during patient data handling and prescription verification
- 5Lead pharmacy operations including immunization scheduling and recall management
- 6Train and mentor junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- 7Coordinate with external partners for drug sourcing and fulfillment
- 8Implement 5-S workplace organization principles across departments
- 9Process RxIMS reports and adjudicate discrepancies within compliance guidelines
Requirements11
- 1Active CPhT certification with current Texas licensure
- 23+ years pharmacy experience with retail environment preferred
- 3Proficiency in Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 4Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- 5Strong mathematical abilities for dosage calculations
- 6Experience with HIPAA regulations and PHI protection
- 7Certification in Advanced Cash Register systems
- 8Knowledge of warehouse management software like PartnerNet
- 9Understanding of federal reimbursement processes for pharmacy services
- 10Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- 11Physical stamina for standing 12-hour shifts with lifting requirements
