Overview
Strive Pharmacy seeks a pharmacist to lead fulfillment operations at our Phoenix location. You will own medication accuracy and patient interactions while upholding SOPs. This role drives personalized care through precise compounding and provider collaboration.
What You'll Do7
- 1Check entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- 2Perform calculations to ensure ingredient measurements are correct
- 3Visually inspect sterile and non-sterile lab lots
- 4Inspect individual prescriptions for color consistency and appearance
- 5Answer clarification calls dedicated for pharmacists
- 6Counsel patients on medication use and proper administration
- 7Provide guidance to providers on optimal therapy and dosing
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- 2Active Florida pharmacist license
- 3Minimum 5+ years fulfillment experience in retail settings
- 4Proficiency with compounding techniques and USP guidelines
- 5Understanding of aseptic technique
- 6Familiarity with Florida licensing requirements
