What You'll Do11
- 1Schedule fulfillment technicians to ensure optimal coverage while minimizing overtime
- 2Collaborate with supervisor to refine workflow processes and meet deadlines
- 3Verify medication completeness before departure allowing timely courier delivery
- 4Prioritize tasks and monitor productivity and accuracy across shifts
- 5Train new hires on assigned workflow areas within set timeframe
- 6Act as subject matter expert and departmental resource for fulfillment processes
- 7Provide input on performance evaluations alongside Director of Operations
- 8Maintain organized inventory by removing expired medications and organizing supplies
- 9Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- 10Maintain clean and orderly workstations and replenish stock supplies
- 11Lead by example demonstrating reliability and commitment to quality standards
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED per state requirements
- 2Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements
- 3National Certification preferred PTCB
- 41+ years LTC pharmacy experience including 1 year as Fulfillment Technician II or III
- 5Proficiency with pharmacy software and report extraction tools
- 6Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- 7Strong problem solving skills with minimal supervision
- 8Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- 9Experience managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- 10Commitment to continuous improvement and error reduction
- 11Flexible availability for shift work
