Overview
Pet Sitter role at FurBabies & Friends in Phoenix West Valley. Own schedule providing drop‑in visits, overnight stays, and dog walking for a variety of pets. What You'll Do10
- 1Build drop‑in visits including feeding, water, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and basic home care
- 2Design and perform overnight pet sitting in clients' homes
- 3Ship dog walks and exercise visits based on each pet’s needs
- 4Drive clear adherence to client care instructions and household procedures
- 5Own timely visit reports, notes, photos, and updates for clients
- 6Scale care practices for pets of different sizes and temperaments
- 7Debug behavior changes and promptly communicate concerns to clients
- 8Drive maintain clean pet care areas and proper waste handling
- 9Deliver professional communication with clients and FurBabies & Friends team
- 10Maintain punctual arrival within scheduled service windows and manage access details
Requirements10
- 1Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
- 2Smartphone with data access for scheduling, communication, photos, and visit reports
- 3Comfortable traveling between clients’ homes within service area
- 4Ability to work independently inside clients’ homes
- 5Ability to safely walk, handle, and care for pets of various sizes and energy levels
- 6Ability to perform physical pet care activities including walking, bending, lifting, cleaning, and outdoor time
- 7Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- 8Reliable, punctual, and proactive communication
- 9Willingness to complete a background screening
- 10Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, holidays, or peak travel periods
Salary Insight
