What You'll Do7
- 1Build gentle bathing routines and grooming sessions to meet breed standards and client preferences
- 2Design safety procedures for animal handling and restraint during grooming
- 3Lead nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic pet hygiene tasks with precision
- 4Ship coat styling, brushing, de-matting, and other grooming services to enhance appearance
- 5Drive cleanliness and sanitation of grooming stations, tools, and bathing areas
- 6Own communication with pet owners regarding grooming plans, aftercare advice
- 7Scale kennel cleaning, pet sitting duties, and lifting tasks to maintain a safe environment
Requirements5
- 1No prior grooming experience required; training provided
- 2Experience with pet grooming or animal handling preferred
- 3Strong dog handling and animal restraint skills essential
- 4Excellent customer service and clear communication with pet owners
- 5Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
