Pest Control Technician, Onsite Las Vegas & On the Road
Overview
Own pest control service delivery at scale across client sites in the Las Vegas area. Lead independent field work with a focus on safety, customer service, and timely responses. Collaborate with office staff for scheduling and follow strict pesticide label instructions. This role blends field responsibility with vehicle maintenance and ongoing training to support licensing and professional growth.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and apply pesticides to structures following label instructions
- 2Diagnose pest issues during on-site visits and communicate solutions to customers
- 3Operate company vehicle safely to customer locations and maintain vehicle/equipment
- 4Respond promptly to service requests and coordinate with office staff for scheduling
- 5Participate in training programs to support licensing and improve service quality
- 6Maintain professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- 7Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and comply with safety procedures
- 8Maintain clean driving record and ensure compliance with DUI policy
- 9Support additional duties as required by the business
- 10Work Monday through Friday with two Saturdays per month
