Pest Control Technician, AZ & Field Sales Lead
Overview
Own a field-based role servicing homes for common pests and driving growth through proactive sales leads. You will manage routes, build a designated territory, and provide guidance to customers on pest control. Start with paid training and licensing, work with a provided service vehicle, and collaborate with management to reach sales targets. This role blends customer service, field work, and autonomy to select areas to operate in.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and service a customer route daily to address pest issues and provide effective solutions
- 2Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned area to grow the customer base

- 4Share feedback with office staff and management to improve service and sales processes
- 5Collaborate with the Regional Manager to execute targeted sales campaigns and drive revenue
