Own field pest control operations for residential and commercial accounts at scale across a community. You will diagnose, treat, and educate customers while maintaining compliance with label directions and state regulations. You’ll work with a range of pests and coordinate with teammates to ensure high-quality service and lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and execute pest control plans for general household pests, german roaches, termites, rodents, and weeds with attention to safety and effectiveness
  • 2Diagnose infestations and conduct thorough inspections to identify activity and guide treatment decisions
  • 3Educate customers on prevention strategies and provide outstanding service that builds trust
  • 4Safely apply pesticides, herbicides, and related products following label directions and state rules
  • 5Maintain accurate service records using mobile software and manage equipment, bait stations, and vehicles
  • 6Represent Crandell Pest Control professionally while developing long-term customer relationships
  • 7Assist with training and mentoring of newer technicians as needed

Requirements5

  • 1Minimum of 3 years of professional pest control experience
  • 2Licensing: Arizona Structural Pest Control License preferred or ability to obtain; weed control certification a plus
  • 3Strong experience with general pest control, german roach treatments, termite inspections and treatments, rodent control and exclusion, and weed control
  • 4Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 5Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
