- 7Develop and execute inside sales programs using Sentricon Termite services
- 8Provide weekly training sessions for branch staff focusing on quality delivery
- 9Conduct ride-alongs to assess job progress and enforce safety protocols
- 10Monitor branch finances set objectives and manage budgets to control expenses
- 11Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional managers and directors
Requirements10
- 1Valid Texas Department of Agriculture Certified Applicator license
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year pest control experience
- 3Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Background check clearance and drug test approval
- 5Valid state certification in pest control industry
- 6Ability to relocate to Houston Texas before start date
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to speak before groups
- 8Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email platforms
- 9Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on regulatory compliance
- 10Commitment to maintaining exemplary attendance and physical stamina
