What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
- 2Apply pesticides and other pest management solutions safely following regulatory guidelines
- 3Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and prevention strategies
- 4Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- 6Stay current with industry trends and emerging pest control techniques
- 7Ensure all equipment and vehicles remain in optimal condition
- 8Drive operational efficiency through process optimization
- 9Mentor junior technicians and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 1Valid Pesticide Technician License in any category with Category 7A certification preferred
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3US citizenship or legal residency status
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 5Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 6Ability to pass DOT drug screening and comply with safety protocols
- 7Strong technical skills with mobile applications and reporting systems
- 8Experience with cloud-based documentation platforms
- 9Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct
- 10Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the workday
