People Operations Associate at Fabletics
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to lead People Team operations and enhance employee experience. This role drives workflow optimization and compliance across onboarding offboarding and mobility initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments and contribute to scalable infrastructure growth.
What You'll Do9
- 1Partner cross-functionally to evaluate and optimize People Operations workflows ensuring efficient employee lifecycle processes
- 2Manage compliance-driven projects like regulatory updates and internal mobility initiatives
- 3Support rollout of new People Ops processes including documentation and change management
- 4Triage requests for Workday navigation HRIS transactions and terminations with accuracy
- 5Build SOPs for recurring processes and identify manual tasks for automation opportunities
- 6Analyze data reports from Workday for team and stakeholder needs
- 7Maintain HR transaction records in Workday HCM and Benefits including compensation adjustments
- 8Coordinate with HRBPs and Total Rewards for seamless execution of people initiatives
- 9Drive efficiency improvements in onboarding offboarding and lifecycle management
Requirements11
- 12-4 years HR operations experience or HR shared services background
- 2Proven experience processing Workday HCM transactions
- 3Familiarity with ticketing systems like FreshService or ServiceNow
- 4Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 5Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
- 6Advanced Excel proficiency with data analysis capabilities
- 72-5 years People Ops experience preferred
- 8Understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements
- 9Experience with cloud platforms AWS or Azure
- 10Knowledge of container orchestration Kubernetes
- 11Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
