Junior SailPoint Engineer Role at Fabletics
Overview
Fabletics seeks a Junior SailPoint Engineer to support Identity Governance with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud administration and MyAccess operations. This role reports to the Identity Governance Manager and collaborates with IT Operations Service Desk HRIS and Security teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 and provides benefits including hybrid work flexibility and equity.
What You'll Do12
- 1Support daily administration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and MyAccess platform
- 2Troubleshoot access request issues and approval routing failures
- 3Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for FTEs and contractors
- 4Configure and maintain approval workflows for applications and access profiles
- 5Monitor source aggregation jobs and exception queues for proper operation
- 6Create documentation and runbooks for MyAccess processes
- 7Collaborate with business users to translate access requirements into SailPoint configurations
- 8Perform SOX access reviews and support certification campaigns
- 9Maintain accurate downstream provisioning to Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- 10Automate retail access flows including birthright access and promotions
- 11Analyze orphaned accounts and stale access for remediation
- 12Provide technical support through ticketing systems and structured processes
Requirements10
- 12-3 years of IT Security or IAM experience
- 2Basic understanding of SailPoint IdentitySecurity Cloud and MyAccess
- 3Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- 4Ability to troubleshoot user and group membership issues
- 5Strong attention to detail and proficiency with documentation
- 6Experience with SCIM and REST APIs preferred
- 7Knowledge of ITSM tools like Freshservice or Jira
- 8Understanding of SOX compliance and access review processes
- 9Willingness to learn generative AI tools and workflow automation concepts
- 10Remote work arrangement available with headquarters in El Segundo CA
