What You'll Do16
- 1Establish trusting relationships with participants through recovery oriented peer support
- 2Utilize lived experience to promote hope resilience and self determination
- 3Support participants in identifying strengths wellness goals and recovery objectives
- 4Encourage self advocacy and empowerment throughout recovery process
- 5Promote healthy coping strategies and independent living skills
- 6Provide emotional support while respecting individual recovery journeys
- 7Connect participants to behavioral health primary care housing employment education transportation financial assistance food resources
- 8Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care
- 9Advocate for culturally responsive equitable services
- 10Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of behavioral health services
- 11Participate in community events and educational workshops
- 12Supervise and oversee multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
- 13Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 14Ensure confidentiality compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
- 15Complete required trainings and maintain licenses certifications
- 16Assist with grant reporting and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification in Peer Support Specialization
- 3Experience with CDPH Mental Health programs
- 4Proficiency in trauma informed care
- 5Ability to work in diverse urban environments
Salary Insight
$38 - $48k per year
