What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions using Spark and Airflow for data-driven decision making
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments for Child and adolescent patients
- 3Lead individual and family therapy sessions focusing on behavioral health outcomes
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans
- 5Maintain accurate clinical documentation within HIPAA compliant systems
- 6Utilize digital technology platforms for remote and in-person consultations
- 7Drive quality improvement initiatives through outcome measurement and analysis
- 8Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to professional development programs
- 9Participate in community outreach and educational workshops
- 10Ensure adherence to ethical standards and licensing requirements in Minnesota
- 11Contribute to research and best practice development in pediatric psychology
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in pediatric psychology
- 2PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- 3Board certification in Child psychology
- 4Licensure in Minnesota with expertise in outpatient settings
- 5Proven track record of successful clinical practice
- 6Familiarity with Spark and Airflow tools
- 7Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
