Licensed Psychologist, Outpatient & Family Therapy
Overview
You will own a caseload of assessment and intervention clients at a psychologist-led clinic that serves 43% Medicaid and maintains a no-show rate under 10%. As part of a team of top 5% clinicians, you will deliver psychotherapy and psychological assessment in suburban Minneapolis–Saint Paul locations. You will join a clinic that invests in deep clinical thinking, with paid CEU time, burnout prevention days, and up to 12 weeks paid parental leave. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for a diverse client population.
- 2Deliver relational and family therapy models, including systemic therapy and attachment-based interventions.
- 3Attend and lead case consultations, Grand Rounds, and team meetings as part of the Wellness Roadmap.
- 4Provide clinical supervision to trainees and post-master’s fellows, fostering their development.
- 5Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated behavioral health care.
- 6Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for Medicaid and other payers.
- 7Engage in continuous professional development through in-house training and CEU opportunities.
- 8Participate in the clinic’s research and training initiatives, contributing to the field.
Requirements6
- 1Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- 2Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota or license-eligible.
- 32+ years providing clinical supervision (preferred).
- 4Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred).
- 5Competence in relational psychotherapy models (strongly preferred).
- 6Track record of professional activity and service as an interventionist.
