Clinical Psychologist - Pediatric Testing, Seattle
Overview
You will own pediatric psychological testing and therapy for child and adolescent populations in Seattle, with a caseload that blends assessment and treatment. You will join a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners at LifeStance Health, a national outpatient mental health provider. This role offers a $125,000-$160,000 compensation base with uncapped earnings, plus a sign-on bonus and cash incentives. You will work in a mix of testing and therapy, with flexibility for part-time or full-time, and receive CEUs and paid parental leave.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct comprehensive pediatric psychological assessments for children and adolescents with suspected developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions.
- 2Deliver evidence-based therapy to a caseload of pediatric patients, integrating test findings into treatment plans.
- 3Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate diagnostic results to families.
- 4Build a patient panel within the first 90 days, leveraging LifeStance's referral network and scheduling tools.
- 5Document clinical findings in EMR systems, maintaining compliance with Washington state regulations.
- 6Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes.
- 7Implement standardized assessment tools such as ADOS-2 and WISC-V for accurate diagnosis.
- 8Manage a productivity-based schedule, balancing testing sessions and therapy appointments efficiently.
Requirements7
- 1PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
- 2Fully licensed as a Psychologist in Washington state with no restrictions.
- 32+ years of experience in pediatric psychological assessment and therapy.
- 4Trained in autism assessment and familiar with ADOS-2 or similar tools (preferred).
- 5Experience working with child, adolescent, and adult populations across a range of mental health concerns.
- 6Proficiency in EMR documentation and teletherapy platforms.
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report writing and family feedback.
