What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement standardized evaluation protocols using validated instruments
- 2Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and interpret results
- 3Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- 4Supervise junior clinicians and provide mentorship within clinical settings
- 5Maintain accurate documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations
- 6Drive quality improvement initiatives through outcome measurement analysis
- 7Participate in case conferences and contribute to research publications
- 8Implement telehealth platforms ensuring secure virtual consultations
- 9Develop training modules for staff on new assessment technologies
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in clinical psychology with focus on neuropsychological assessment
- 2PhD or PsyD in Clinical Counseling Psychology or related field
- 3Licensed psychologist practicing in Washington state
- 4Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for data management
- 5Familiarity with CPC Card certification preferred
- 6Strong knowledge of Autism screening and intervention protocols
- 7Experience treating children adolescents and adults
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Commitment to evidence based practice and continuous professional development
