What You'll Do12
- 1Design and implement comprehensive evaluation protocols for neurodevelopmental disorders
- 2Conduct thorough psychological testing including cognitive and personality assessments
- 3Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- 5Train staff on standardized assessment procedures
- 6Analyze test results to identify treatment pathways and service recommendations
- 7Develop training programs for new hires
- 8Drive process improvements in clinical workflows
- 9Mentor junior clinicians through regular supervision sessions
- 10Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand service access
- 11Contribute to research publications through data collection and analysis
- 12Implement quality assurance measures to enhance diagnostic accuracy
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in clinical psychology with focus on neuropsychological assessment
- 2PhD or PsyD in Clinical Counseling Psychology or related field
- 3Licensed psychologist practicing in Washington state
- 4Autism certification preferred
- 5Proficiency in psychological testing software platforms
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- 8Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
- 9Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- 10Commitment to cultural competency in diverse patient populations
- 11Demonstrated leadership capabilities in clinical settings
